You have attempted to access an ASSIST Enterprise Access (eAccess) page without proper authorization.
Access to this system is available only to approved users. To request authorization, send an email to
Webmaster@astmail.daps.dla.mil, and include your ASSIST user ID in the email along with the justification for your need to access ASSIST-eAccess. If you do not yet have
an account, you may
request an ASSIST account here.

2)

Connectivity to the ASSIST database has been lost (possibly due to a network issue).
|

3)
|
Your link has specified and invalid URL. Please correct this by directing your link to use the following example:
[https://assist.daps.dla.mil/eAccess/index.cfm?ident_number=#####]
where "#####" represents the identification number of the document you wish to access.

4)
|
You are an authorized eAccess user but have either not specified the secure eAccess link or
formatted the eAccess link incorrectly. For instructions on how to specify the secure link,
login to the ASSIST and click the 'User Profile' link in the navigation section on the left.
Then, once on the User Profile Menu page, click on the 'eAccess' link.
If you do not see this link on the page, you are not an approved eAccess user. To request authorization,
send an e-mail to
Webmaster@astmail.daps.dla.mil, and include your ASSIST user ID in the e-mail along with a justification for your need
to access ASSIST-eAccess. If you do not yet have an account, you may
request an ASSIST account here.
